1、 Core detection accuracy indicators
      Trigger response accuracy: After the warp is broken, the stop piece can be dropped (about 0.5-1mm stroke) to conduct the contact, and the signal transmission delay is less than 2ms. The loom stops within 1-2 spindle angles (when the speed is 600-1000r/min, the stop response is ≤ 0.2s), avoiding fabric defects caused by warp breakage.
      Single yarn recognition accuracy: Suitable for 0.18-0.22mm thickness warp stopping strips, can stably detect 10-80 count warp yarns, supports high-density warp yarns (commonly 1000-1500 pieces/column) carried by each row of warp stopping strips, with no missed/false alarms, suitable for high-density fabric production.
      Electrical detection accuracy: The copper core and steel outer strip are designed with insulation, and the contact conductivity resistance threshold is stable at 8-10k Ω. If it is lower than the threshold, it will immediately trigger a shutdown, effectively distinguishing between normal warp tension and yarn breakage state, and reducing false alarms of broken warp.

2、 Industry application and precision adaptation
      High density fabrics (such as home spun satin and electronic fabric): 6 columns are designed to disperse warp yarn density, with more uniform detection pressure in each column, reducing false alarms of high-density warp yarns, and suitable for warp yarn configurations of 1000-3000 per column.
      High speed weaving (600-1000r/min): Rapid response accuracy can control the length of broken warp defects within 5-10cm, improving the yield rate.
      Fine yarn/low tension scenario: Suitable for 0.18mm thin warp stop sheets, avoiding the accidental dropping of warp stop sheets caused by low tension warp yarns, and ensuring stable detection accuracy.
3、 Key points for precision calibration and maintenance
      Mechanical calibration: Use a dial gauge to check the straightness of the stop bar, adjust the bracket to make 6 columns parallel; Calibrate the gap between the stop pad and the stop strip to 1-2mm (standard value).
      Electrical calibration: Use a multimeter to measure the on resistance of the contacts, ensuring it is within the threshold of 8-10k Ω. If it exceeds the range, clean/replace the contacts.
      Daily maintenance: Clean the dust in the stop box every shift, check the integrity of the insulation layer every week, straighten the stop strip every month, and reduce accuracy degradation.
